Stoic Trader ("the App") is developed and published by TzintByte LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Information We Do Not Collect

TzintByte LLC does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, or share any personal information. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, address)

• Financial account credentials or brokerage information

• Location data or device identifiers

• Usage analytics or behavioral data

• Crash reports or diagnostic data

• Advertising identifiers or tracking data

• Any biometric data

Data Storage

All data entered into the App — including trade history, purchasing power settings, and risk/reward preferences — is stored exclusively on your local device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is never transmitted to TzintByte LLC, our servers, or any third party. We have no technical ability to access your data.

Device Permissions

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or any other device features or sensors.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers. No third party has access to any data entered into the App.

Data Security

Since all data remains on your device, the security of your data is governed by your device's built-in security features, including passcode protection and biometric authentication managed by Apple iOS. We strongly encourage users to enable device-level security features.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us immediately at operations@tzintbyte.com.

User Rights

Since TzintByte LLC does not collect or store any personal data, there is no data for us to access, modify, or delete on your behalf. You maintain full control over all data within the App at all times.

Data Deletion

All app data can be permanently deleted at any time by:

• Using the Reset All Trade Data feature in the App's Settings screen

• Deleting the App from your device entirely

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. Stoic Trader is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment platform. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice. TzintByte LLC is not responsible for any trading decisions, financial losses, or outcomes resulting from use of the App.

Changes to This Policy

TzintByte LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Users will be notified of significant changes through App Store update notes.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
